Northern Ireland student guide to mental health

Written by The Editorial Team

The Public Health Agency in Northern Ireland has produced a new booklet to help students cope with mental health problems.

'Mind your head' is full of practical tips and information on managing stress and achieving and maintaining positive mental health and emotional wellbeing.

It also contains a comprehensive list of helpful local organisations and websites.

The booklet is aimed at first year students at university and further and higher education colleges as the transition from school to further education can be a very stressful time.

To download the booklet, visit: http://www.publichealth.hscni.net/sites/default/files/Student_Guide_booklet_08_14.pdf
